Asal Houshiarnejad, PsyD
Co-FOUNDER | Clinical Supervisor | Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Asal Houshiarnejad "Nejad" is a bilingual (English and Farsi) licensed clinical psychologist (PSY28994) with training from Phoenix Children's Hospital/BARROW Neurological Institute and UCLA/The Help Group. Specializing in neuropsychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic services, Dr. Asal bridges neuroscience with treatment for children, adolescents, and young adults with various neurodevelopmental, neurological, medical, and psychiatric conditions. Her approach considers cross-cultural, linguistic, and personality factors to gain a comprehensive understanding of each individual. At EBPC, Inc. Dr. Asal trains and supervises clinicians to deliver high quality assessments and mental health care. Dr. Asal also sees patients and families privately through her private practice. Cara Kiff, PhD
Co-FOUNDER | Clinical Supervisor | Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Cara Kiff is a licensed clinical psychologist in California, Colorado, Illinois and Vermont (CA PSY 27786, CO PSY.000571, IL 071.011262, VT 048.0134514TELE). Trained at the University of Washington, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and the UCLA Semel Institute Dr. Kiff is well versed in evidence based therapies to treat a variety of child, adolescent and young adult concerns. Dr. Kiff specializes in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and body focused repetitive behavior disorders to name a few. She also specializes in parent consultation and coaching providing integrated, family-based care. At EPBC, Inc. Dr. Kiff trains and supervises clinicians to deliver high quality mental health care integrating evidence based treatments including CBT, DBT skills training, ERP, and more. Ronit Schwartz, PsyD
LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Dr. Ronit Schwartz, PsyD is a bilingual (English and Farsi) licensed clinical psychologist (CA PSY24506) with extensive experience conducting psychological assessments and providing evidence-based therapy.
Dr. Schwartz specializes in assessments that identify learning differences, attentional challenges, neurodevelopmental disorders, and emotional concerns. She is passionate about using an individual’s strengths to help address their challenges, and thoughtfully tailors each evaluation to the unique needs of the person. In therapy, Dr. Schwartz works closely with children, teens, and families, using solution-focused, evidence-based approaches to support growth and resilience.
Her clinical background includes roles as Clinical Supervising Psychologist at The Help Group and Lead Clinical Supervisor at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, where she trained and mentored doctoral interns in psychological assessment and clinical work.

Erin Adelchanow, M.Ed.
LICENSED EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Erin Adelchanow, M.Ed., is a licensed educational psychologist with over two decades of experience in the fields of education and psychology. She completed her undergraduate work at UCLA before obtaining her Master’s degree from the Clinical, Counseling, and School Psychology graduate program at UCSB. Ms. Adelchanow is a nationally-certified school psychologist (NCSP 44356) and a licensed educational psychologist (LEP 3735). She has extensive experience working in schools, providing both consultation and direct services such as comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, individual and group counseling, and behavior support to children and teens.
With specializations in learning disabilities including dyslexia, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges, Ms. Adelchanow aims to uncover and honor each learner’s unique profile to ensure an appropriate educational program and treatment plan. At EBPC, Ms. Adelchanow provides psychoeducational evaluations, consultation services, and parent advocacy and mentorship to navigate the educational system and ensure that parents and students are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive. With her professional background and personal experiences as a mother of two, Ms. Adelchanow deeply connects with and understands the beauty and challenges of parenthood, as well as the vast opportunities and obstacles inherent in the educational system.
