CLINIC INTAKE COORDINATOR

Kaitlyn Fahey is the Clinic Intake Coordinator at EBPC, Inc. and is often the first person families speak with when they reach out for support. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

As part of her graduate training, Kaitlyn is completing her clinical practicum at Hive of Hope, where she works with children, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals.

At EBPC, Kaitlyn helps families navigate everything that happens before the first appointment. She responds to new inquiries, conducts initial consultation calls to better understand a child, teen, or young adult’s needs, explains our services and what families can expect, and coordinates scheduling with the clinician who may be the best fit. She also assists families with intake paperwork and the client portal so they can arrive at their first appointment feeling prepared.

Kaitlyn brings warmth and patience to what can be a stressful process for families. She understands that reaching out for support can feel like a significant step and strives to make the first conversation welcoming, informative, and free of pressure.

Outside of her work and graduate studies, Kaitlyn enjoys cooking, learning sign language and German, and fostering puppies.
