Kaitlyn Fahey
CLINIC INTAKE COORDINATOR
Kaitlyn Fahey is the clinic intake coordinator at EBPC, Inc., and is usually the first person families speak with when they reach out. She earned her bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University and is currently a second-year student in the Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology program at Pepperdine University, where she is completing the coursework required for licensure as a marriage and family therapist in California.
In her role at EBPC, Kaitlyn guides families through everything that happens before the first appointment. She responds to new inquiries, conducts the initial consultation call to understand what a child, teen, or young adult is currently struggling with, walks families through our services, fees, and policies, and coordinates scheduling with the clinician who is the best fit. She also manages intake paperwork and the client portal, so that families arrive at their first session prepared.
Kaitlyn brings warmth and patience to what is often a stressful moment for parents. She understands that reaching out for help takes courage, and she works to make that first conversation feel unhurried and free of pressure.
