Erin Adelchanow, M.Ed., is a licensed educational psychologist with more than two decades of experience in education and psychology. She completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA and earned her Master’s degree from the Clinical, Counseling, and School Psychology graduate program at UC Santa Barbara.

Ms. Adelchanow has extensive experience working within school settings, providing consultation and direct services to children, adolescents, and families. Her work has included comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, individual and group counseling, behavioral support, and collaboration with parents, educators, and school teams.

Ms. Adelchanow specializes in identifying and supporting learning disabilities, including dyslexia, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges. Her approach focuses on understanding each learner’s unique pattern of strengths and challenges so that families can make informed decisions about educational programming, accommodations, interventions, and treatment.

At EBPC, Ms. Adelchanow provides psychoeducational evaluations, educational consultation, and parent advocacy and mentorship. She helps families better understand their child’s learning profile and navigate the educational system, equipping parents and students with the knowledge and tools they need to advocate effectively and thrive.
